We’ve just returned to beautiful Tasmania in time for lush hills, the last snow on the mountains and lovely days.
Thanks Canberra and Sydney for a great tour. Our five-day Canberra Grammar booking (read more here) was intense and great fun, thanks Erin and Amber, and the wonderful students! Two RockSalt Arts performance evenings in Sydney were an addition to our current tour schedule, with friends collaborating including the wonderful Spike Mason, Colleen O’Connell, Pasko Schravemade and Keila Terencio. And it was lovely working with Kinders at Drummoyne Public School, in our old stamping ground of the Inner West – thanks Jennifer Stroud!
We’re appreciating the time now to reflect on our year of tours, dreaming and planning for 2017. We are planning to tour NSW, ACT, Qld and Vic again, with the addition of WA.
We’ll round out this year with an exhibition at Launceston’s QVMAG and the Kids 4 Kids conference at the Sustainability Learning Centre at Mt Nelson in Hobart. Our new Explorer Stories performance with art from Pamela Horsley is underway, and we’re preparing to teach and facilitate at the Arts Summer School here in Poatina.
Let us know if you’d like us to come to you in the new year, or if you would like to know more about our life and work. We’re always up for an interesting chat!
